An Autistic Deaf woman who does not speak spent three weeks alone on a subway trying to get home after being dismissed from a Queens hospital. Deaf immigrants had in-person interpreters taken away -- all done while the Buffalo Bills get a whole new football stadium supported, and paid for, by the citizens of New York.
